Israeli Forces Thwart Attempted Stabbings In Judea

IDF neutralizes two Palestinian terrorists in separate incidents, ensuring public safety

An attempted stabbing was thwarted at the Eshtemoa Junction bus stop in the South Hebron Hills region of Judea, the Israel Defense Forces said on Tuesday evening.

“The Palestinian terrorist was “neutralized” on the spot by soldiers,” said the IDF in an announcement.

According to the Kan News public broadcaster, IDF troops stopped at the Eshtemoa Junction, located just outside the Jewish community of Shim’a, to interrogate a Palestinian suspect. The terrorist then pulled out a knife and tried to stab them.

The assailant was the only casualty, confirmed Rescuers Without Borders (Hatzalah Judea and Samaria).
